The season branding for the 2015-16 season took a "backstage" concept, counteracting the formality of typical perceptions with a more surprising, humanizing attitude.

The photo shoot used the authentic backstage spaces of Davies Hall to show the musicians as real people, preparing for a show. Even the classic white backdrop is revealed as part of the staging. Photography by the talented Marc Olivier le Blanc.
